We need a banner, and that one will do until we get our CDA banner up.

I also wanted to ask you when do you estimate that the academy will officially open?

We are probably just few days away - there will be still work, but nothing that will hold us from opening the academy.

Not ready for this yet but for reference. Say a forum is not technically yugioh related and is just a chill forum. Would it still be an affiliate?

Posts don't have anything with your dorm. We're still discussing about dorming system, but you'll probably have two options avaiable: to get tested, or to rank-up via rank-up system. It's up to your preference to pick one.

And well, bote will have to answer your first question.

I have multiple questions.

1/ is it okay that I may be more than slightly attracted to the wonder that is basically any person with legs and a face. Of course - I'm only looking for a serious relationship out of them if they write in complete sentences

2/ What drives CDA? How do you motivate yourselves?

3/ Am I pretty?

4/ Refer to question 3.

That's up to the staff to decide when we get there.

As for Luke, we're only answering questions about the academy, next time you (or anyone for that matter), posts questions that are not relevant to the academy, it's getting treated as spam. As for the only question you did ask, my own personal motivation is to raise acads that can actually be taken seriously. I see so many academies that have really shitty staff, so many to the point where I don't take experience from other academies seriously. That's just one thing that motivates me, but I could go on a rant about this if I really want to, it's just this thread isn't the place for it.

Hey, is the first dorm test free?

What is today's tomorrow, if yesterday's today is an hour before next week? However, keep in mind that in this situation, this can only take place one year from ten days ago in an alternate dimension.

aight thanks. Can you test me now?

Edit: Or is it too early to be asking for a dorm test?

Due to that the academy has not yet opened, testing members remain a closed option.

In regards to testing: Can one bring OCG decks? What happens if the tester DC's? Does the testee get 0 points?

Because the testing system is a test of knowledge, A d/c would either contribute to the testee and note will still be taken for that duel, or the duel will be broken and will need to be tested by another member. (these are not the final answer)

As for the OCG, I would say yes, but you may refer to the testing rubric here. http://hogwartsda.forumotion.com/t45-cda-testing-rubric#325

Can I go into the "Off topic" section and make a post about (competitive and not) Pokémon discussion?

I know the academy hasn't yet opened, but once it does, would you be interested in participating in a tourney spanning across 2-3 forums? Cuz Im trying to set one up and looking for other forums interested in participating.

So is this academy done now or is someone taking over? I am just curious if someone is taking over I will gladly stay but if everyone has given up on it I won't be around.

I am going t9 be making some changes to it. It will no longer he an Academy because I think the best course of action is to get rid of the dorm ranks until further notice. This will become a lounge forum as such to discuss and review yugioh and still create events and tourneys. The only issue at hand still is a gfx artist

I can help with GFX as well if need be. As for the lounge part if sound like you want to make a miniature DNF.
